Came in without an appointment and they took care of me immediately!! Barely 30 minutes for an alignment and excellent priced quotes for future work needed. Amazingly professional shop which is hard to find in South Florida. I will absolutely be coming back.

STAY AWAY! I purchased a Groupon for a wheel alignment from this shop because the deal was still active and available for purchase. However, when I called to schedule my appointment, I was told that the owner “isn’t doing Groupons anymore.” If that’s true, then why is the Groupon listing still live and accepting purchases? It feels very misleading to advertise and accept Groupon purchases just to refuse to honor them when customers call. Keeping the listing active only attracts customers under false pretenses. If you no longer participate in Groupon, take the listing down instead of wasting people’s time and forcing them to go through the refund process. Very disappointing experience before I even had the chance to visit the shop. I hope they either honor the deals they advertise or remove the listing so other customers don’t have the same experience.

Finding an honest mechanic is hard these days, but these guys are the real deal. They took the time to lift my car, inspect everything, and explain what they found without trying to sell me something I didn’t need. They were straightforward, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me instead of making money off me. The part that surprised me the most was that they didn’t even charge me for the inspection. That says a lot about the kind of business they run. If you’re looking for a shop you can actually trust, I highly recommend them. They’ve definitely earned my business, and I’ll be coming back whenever I need work done on my car.

🚨 STAY AWAY FROM DIN’S CARS — This is a dirty, lazy scam operation that preys on customers! My wife and I pulled in for a simple alignment and balance quote after her wheels started rubbing hard against the frame whenever she turned — especially after hitting a bad pothole that threw everything off. Big mistake. The shop looked filthy and run-down from the start. They sent us into the office where a bunch of guys were just lounging around, looking completely unmotivated and messy, with nobody actually working on cars. Zero energy or professionalism. I explained the problem clearly, but the guy flat-out refused to walk outside and inspect the vehicle. He arrogantly insisted he already knew everything and didn’t need to see it. When we pushed him to check it anyway, he got irritated, told us to shut up so he could talk, and acted annoyed. Instant red flag. Then came the classic trap: he threw out a price that sounded decent and started pressuring us to let him “get right to work” before we could think. Me, my daughter and grandson arrived at Dins Cars. First, I came here on 09/10/25 to get an oil change. Whereas, I asked about ball joints, come to find out just as I thought, I needed ball joints on the front of the car. Mr.Oswaldin the owner is very amazing and I'm not just saying this, I experience the genuine hospitality. Therefore, he is not only amazing by telling me the truth about his opinion and what he suggested what I should do, the price that he had given me to fix the ball joints was very pleasing to the pockets. However, I explained to him that I would come back for the service to get the ball joints. Nevertheless, three weeks later I'm back to fix the ball joints. As the service was being done he detected that I needed brake pads in the front also. I tell you!!! This man is a life saver for me and my family, to be that concern about the customer, blew me away. Whereas, I had to do the brakes because they were completely gone, and just for the record he took the time to show me and point out that I needed brakes really bad. Also, just to have a thought in my mind that something could have happened tragically was scary for me, just to have that thought to cross my min
